Our co-founders Guilherme Quintella and Rafael Moraes combined their vast experiences in storytelling, technology and data analysis to solve brands' pain points in maintaining engagement and producing quality content at scale, Hall AI AI offers a solution that integrates artificial intelligence and metadata to create personalized narratives.

From advertising to streaming and film stardom

Guilherme, after completing his degree in Psychology with a specialization in character construction and narrative, immersed himself in the audiovisual universe and witnessed a significant transformation. With the decline of traditional billboards and television commercials, big brands have faced the challenge of adapting to social media. During this period, Guilherme collaborated with giants such as Chocolates Garoto, LATAM and Itaú, developing innovative content strategies that captured the public's attention.

 

His career took a new direction when unique opportunities to work with renowned filmmakers Héctor Babenco and Arnaldo Jabor arose, allowing him to follow his dream of writing for film. This transition marked the beginning of a new era when, with the arrival of Netflix in Brazil, Guilherme teamed up with Kondzilla, an internet phenomenon, to create "Sintonia". This project has become the most successful VOD series in Latin America, reaching its fifth season in 2024, and setting records for audience engagement through a perfect fusion between classic narratives and data analysis.

Path of innovation + entrepreneurship in technology and communication

Rafael Moraes is a technology and communications visionary whose career is marked by a series of groundbreaking achievements, particularly during his time in California, an epicenter of technological innovation and creativity. With a master's degree from the prestigious University of Southern California (USC), Rafael solidified his foundation in technology and entrepreneurship, working in several companies on the threshold of technological advances in communication, immersing himself in an environment that breathes innovation and where the ideas of the future are molded. This experience provided him with a unique perspective on how technology can be used to revolutionize storytelling and digital marketing, pillars that became fundamental in the creation of Hall AI.

 

After his studies, Rafael applied his expertise in technology to the business world, acting as a catalyst for innovation. He worked with technology startups in California, where he was instrumental in implementing disruptive digital strategies that redefined brand communications. His experience in the startup ecosystem, combined with his experience as Chief Creative Officer at Colle.ge, an edtech startup, highlighted his talent for integrating technology and storytelling in ways that engage and inspire audiences.

In this scenario of success and innovation, Guilherme (CPO) and Rafael (CEO) identified a growing need in the market: the constant and instantaneous production of quality content to connect brands with their customers. Recognizing that this need transcends the reach of large companies, covering medium-sized companies, small companies and independent professionals, Hall AI was born as an innovative solution.
